This is the cooling part with water flowing route around the outside for Coco Cola bottle preform mold.
The part is processed on the double spindle and double tool turret with Y axis NC turning and milling compound machine. A round rod is installed oil type auto-loading machine and atomatically loaded into the chuck of the 1st pindle. One side is processed then the 2nd spindle comes to pick up it and processes it there.
There are total 25 piece tool for the whole processing. 15 tool is on the first turret and 10 on the 2nd turret. It takes around 28 minutes for the whole processing.
