The company produces verious metal and plastic components for famous company like USA Tennant, Germany Osram and Siemens as well.
The company is mainly equipped with 3/4 axes machining centres, NC lathe including milling/turning 2 in 1 NC lathes, a keyway maker, etc. The company has Keyence Photo measuring machine, projector, Mitutoyo caliper for ID and Od, German imported height measuring instruments, roughness measuring instrument, coaxiality measuring instrument, dynamic balance tester, etc. The NC lathes include those milling/turning 2 in 1 machineies.
There are total 31 employees including 8 professional engineers.
The company has a foreign trading team for the sales of motor spindles as well.
Right now the company is developing and producing new type grinding/polishing machine capable to polish the surface roughness Ra to be in 0.03um.
