Under R&D, the prototype can grind the surface to be in Ra0.03um. All related innvoation have been applied for patents, including one innovation patent.
The flexible grind head is designed to be overlapped with the film of grinding sandpape with paste. The flexible grind head can well surround the out diameter of a shaft therefore can grind a certain area of the surface. Right now the customers have to use hand grinding process.
